Smart data-use for businesses
Data can help enterprises move forward in formulating a business strategy or optimizing business processes. We explore ways in which data can be deployed. With technical analysis, we study data quality, data structure and connectivity, and from there we formulate relevant and informed insights.
Because we strive for user-friendly data applications, we always look from the end user's perspective. We also cast the impact of applications on enterprises in figures and propose innovative business models to successfully market products and services.

Marijke Brants
Marijke has been coordinator for the research lines 'data-driven entrepreneurship' and 'sustainable growth' since 2020. Her expertise lies in user and business research in data projects and co-creation processes within the circular economy.
Charlotte Cruyl

Michelle Lenaerts
Michelle Lenaerts has worked for Thomas More Mechelen since 2000, where she specialised as a researcher in quantitative data analysis, survey design and data visualisation.
Eveline Smolders
Eveline werkt sinds 2023 bij het Expertisecentrum Duurzaam Ondernemen en Digitale Innovatie. Met haar achtergrond in psychologisch onderzoek en ervaring in consultancy streeft ze naar innovatieve en praktische oplossingen voor complexe vraagstukken.
Jelle Van Camp
Jelle supports several research projects in the technical and financial feasibility of innovations, with a focus on ROI and new revenue models. He is also interested in sustainability and circularity in particular.
Ferre Vandervreken
During his master's degree in communication sciences, Ferre Vandervreken specialised in media research. After ten years at the VRT study department, he now joins the Sustainable Enterprise and Digital Innovation expertise centre.
Hanne Vanmarsenille
Binnen de onderzoekslijn Circulair ondernemen is Hanne als onderzoeker verbonden bij het E6 project. Haar focus ligt op het opzetten van lokale samenwerkingen voor het verlengen van de levensduur van elektrische en elektronische apparaten.
Linus Zeuwts
Linus is gepassioneerd onderzoeker en datawetenschapper met een belangrijke focus op circulair ondernemen. Hij is voornamelijk betrokken bij het Living Lab rond herbruikbare verpakkingen in de horecasector (rePACE).
