03/02/2026 EFPA webinar The Digital Navigator

Getting digital mental health in routine care right

For the EFPA webinar series, our colleague Tom Van Daele will give a webinar on the role of the digital navigator in mental health care.

Digital mental health tools are increasingly used worldwide, but their integration into routine care often remains difficult. A promising solution is the digital navigator: a professional who supports both patients and clinicians in using technology more effectively.

In this webinar, Tom will review the functions and evidence for digital navigators, highlight key implementation studies, and present first insights from a survey of psychologists across Europe. The session will explore the potential benefits, challenges, and future directions of this emerging role in mental health care.
