Passenger rights and legal issues in aviation
How about passenger rights when your flight gets cancelled because the airline goes bankrupt? Or what happens when travellers get stranded because of - let 's say - a strike? What if your luggage gets lost? How to deal with these kinds of issues when working in the travel industry?...
There's more than one question we ask ourselves with regards to the legal aspects of aviation. Expect answers during the next More Seminar in Tourism by Mrs. Yasmin Bhatti. She's an absolute expert when it comes to legal issues that occur in the aviation sector.
Yasmin advises and represents clients on a wide range of legal issues relating to the Aviation sector, including commercial, regulatory and passenger rights issues.
