Care2Adapt

Goal

With the CARE2ADAPT project, we want to strengthen the adaptive and innovative capacity of key people and organisations in the care and welfare sector. Through a practice-oriented and cross-border coaching and training programme of internal key people, we want to increase the agility, innovation readiness and flexibility of organisations and their employees. We build on the lessons of the Health Innovation School (NL) and the Innovation Scout programme (VL) and develop an extensive 'train-the-trainer' programme for 30 key and bridge figures from various organisations in Flanders and the Netherlands.

In addition, we set up shorter support programmes for other stakeholders inside and outside the organisation. We thus offer organisations a broad palette of skills, a theoretical framework, tools and methods to make their operations more agile and innovation-ready and to select and implement innovative improvement processes more efficiently and sustainably.

The training programme starts in October 2021 and runs until the end of 2022.
