Tracking system to locate persons with dementia

The tracking works with a combination of a GPS, a web app and a smartwatch. This allows family caregivers to monitor family members with incipient dementia.
The follow.Me prototype is being developed in a consortium of 9 partners with knowledge institutions and companies from Italy, Austria, Romania. Follow.Me is tested in Flanders by living labs LiCalab and CareVille.
The project receives support from the Province of Antwerp (5% of total budget).
