Collecting diplomas after the proclamation ceremony
If you cannot be present during your proclamation ceremony, you can collect your diploma at the secretariat of Campus De Ham during specific collection moments. Please note: diplomas are only available from September onwards AND after the official proclamation has taken place.

If you cannot come yourself, you can delegate someone with a written proxy.
Please note: a diploma can only be issued once by the college, so please take care of it. Always keep the original diploma in a safe place and provide a (digital) copy when your diploma is requested, e.g. by a new employer.
