The journey of a patiënt - user research of the experiences of patients with the care pathway
Goal
In February 2022, a group discussion supplemented by three interviews took place with patients with predefined conditions, namely:
- Osteoporosis
- Psoriasis
- Psoriatic Arthritis
- Cancer
- Multiple Myeloma
The aim of the study was to capture the experiences of patients with their care pathways and to gain more insight into motivators and barriers. Both the contacts with care providers and the impact on daily life were mapped. From these experiences ideas were generated to support the patient and his environment. Five digital concepts to support the care process were tested by the participants.
