Yourmedpack – Yourmeds

Goal

Yourmedpack offers a solution for elderly people who take several medicines at different times. The pharmacist fills the blister card and prepares the electronic tag. A sound signal and a number on the display indicate which box the patient has to open. An informal carer can follow up remotely via an app. If the patient forgets to take his medication, he gets a second reminder and the informal carer is notified. The pharmacist has a patient portal in which he can monitor medication compliance. On the inside of the blister card is a medication schedule that gives the patient information about the medication.   

Yourmedpack is already being used in Great Britain. In the Seas2Grow programme, we are investigating how Yourmedpack can be scaled up to other European regions.
