We translate research on "what works in education" to the classroom floor. Decades of research into how the brain works and into the effectiveness of teachers provide a lot of information about how education can be made better. This usually does not require spectacular interventions, but small but thoughtful adjustments in the structure of a lesson or in dealing with students are sufficient.
