Cédric Vanneste is part of the People and Well-being research group. He participates in research on transgressive behaviour within various contexts. Within the scope of undergraduate theses, he supervises research on exhibitionism, among others.
Cédric Vanneste holds a Master's degree in Labour and Organisational Psychology (KU Leuven, 2013) and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology (KU Leuven, 2014). He also obtained the certificate of Prevention Advisor Psychosocial Aspects (Odisee college, 2019) and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodiagnostics (Thomas More college, 2021). After working for the psychosocial service of Belgian Railways between 2014 and 2018, Cédric was coordinator of the psychosocial service of the City of Antwerp until 2020. Since late 2020, he has been working as a lecturer and researcher within Thomas More, where he has joined the team within the research line on transgressive behaviour since 2021.
Within Applied Psychology, Cédric teaches the course Forensic Psychology and supervises students with their bachelor's thesis. He also co-ordinates the postgraduate course Forensic Psychodiagnostics and Counselling. Finally, he teaches a number of courses within the graduate programmes in Orthopaedic Counselling and Social Work.
