He currently works as lecturer in Psychodiagnostics and policy coordinator Quality Care & Training in the Applied Psychology programme and as researcher within the Psychodiagnostic Centre (PDC) of Thomas More. His research interests can be broadly situated within various psychological fields (including occupational and organisational psychology, clinical and health psychology, school psychology and educational psychology). His focus is both on the development of and quality research on psychodiagnostic instruments and effect research on innovative psychological interventions in practice.
