We monitor the 133 'caring neighborhoods' that receive support from the Flemish Government for 2 years and we formulate tools and policy recommendations regarding caring neighborhoods.

Goal
This research first aims to define practical tools for the initiators of caring, sustainable neighborhoods.
In addition, we examine the obstacles regarding regulations or administrative processes to properly developing caring neighborhoods. In addition to a focus on obstacles, the incentives are also defined.
