Monica Wouters

Monica holds a master's degree in Social and Economic Sciences and a diploma in specific teacher training from the University of Antwerp.

In the past, she worked as an expert at a local administration and did a lot of research at HIVA-KU Leuven. There she did both quantitative and qualitative research on the connection between education and the labor market and the activation of vulnerable target groups.

Within Mobilab & Care, she will be putting her weight behind the focal point research on caring neighborhoods.
