The project ‘Zorg voor Werk’ aims to help everyone who wants to work find a job.
We look at the role an inclusion coach can play within an organization. In addition, we train experts by experience who bring inclusion into the picture from their own perspective.
An inclusion coach can map out potential inclusive workplaces, help write inclusive vacancies and help make the match between an inclusive employee and a workplace.
The goal of this project is to give people with disabilities access to (supported) work.
We do this by raising awareness among organizations and businesses and encouraging them to write suitable vacancies for people with (intellectual) disabilities.
Organizations and businesses are unfamiliar with employing people with (intellectual) disabilities. An inclusion coach can help them with that.

In the second project year, we investigate how effective it is to use an inclusion coach and experts by experience in ‘Klein Veldekens’ of Astor vzw.
