A unique approach

Unique in Flanders and tailored to the most recent innovations in the IT world. We meet the needs of companies looking for employees with a broad basic knowledge and a thorough specialization. Our majors offer something for everyone! Each student has the opportunity to develop his or her own talents thanks to our personalized approach.

Plenty of hands-on learning

We combine theory teaching with hands-on lessons, assignments and workshops. You’ll have the opportunity to work on cool projects provided by one of our many IT partners and get a realistic view of what it means to work as an IT professional.

Job assured

Your future is safe! There is a shortage of IT professionals, and a lot of our students have a job offer in hand when they graduate, or even earlier.

In practice

Time to put theory into practice! Your 13-week internship will typically run from March to May during phase 3, giving you the chance to apply your skills to real projects at an IT company. Our close working relationship with partner companies guarantees you a foot in the door, as well as a wide range of projects to choose from. There is an opportunity for every student.

You can also broaden your international network simultaneously, and opt for an internship abroad. We have many international partnerships with companies in countries such as Brazil, Canada, Crete, Czech Republic, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden and Thailand.

Applied Artificial Intelligence

Go international

You can broaden your horizons by studying a full year abroad or doing your internship at an international company. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your skills in a different context and in a different language, all the while learning what it takes to make your own way. In any case, studying abroad is an exhilarating experience and one that will add real value to your cv.

We maintain close partnerships with universities of applied sciences in Ireland, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway and Finland, which means you can take your first semester of phase three in English.

You can also choose to enroll for a full year in Finland or Switzerland as part of our double degree programme. When you finish your academic career, you’ll have degrees from Finland or Switzerland, as well as from Thomas More.
