VITALISE organises a second Bootcamp and Summer School in Spain

From June 5-10 the second VITALISE Bootcamp and Summer School took place in Bilbao. Researchers, students, teachers and living lab employees were immersed into the world of commercialization and living lab research. Colleagues Annouck, Kim and Vicky also participated.

During the 2-day Bootcamp, Bulgarian VITALISE partner Antology Ventures showed different steps involved in the introduction of an innovation to the market. Using practical examples and exercises, we learned more about customer profiling, problem-solution fit, intellectual property rights (IPR), revenue models, and business models.

The Summer School comprised a nice mix of theory and practice on living lab tools, methods and services. The knowledge gained was implemented while working out group assignments. Best practices from different organisations and countries resulted in promising study protocols. Participants also had the chance to experience how VITALISE develops a living lab lexicon through co-creation. Finally, after the hard work, there was time for sports and culture.
