Romy Sels started as a researcher at Mobilab & Care in 2012. She has a degree in physical therapy and industrial engineering. With her expertise, she aim to bridge the gap between healthcare and technology.
She has been involved in various national and international projects, including the development of arm exoskeletons and intelligent knee braces, the use of wearables for stress detection, and the implementation of virtual reality solutions in healthcare.
