Choose your programme type

Public and Corporate Affairs

  • Are you taking this course in a full-time program? You can complete your studies in three years.
  • You will take 180 credits divided into three phases.
  • You take classes during the week in daytime classes.
  • Get practical experience in workshops on graphic design, video editing, web content, and more.
  • Take on real-life projects during your international internship.
  • Start this flexible 6-semester programme either in February or September.

  • Phase 1 | Lay solid foundations for international exploration! Pick up the basic knowledge, skills and attitudes you need to unleash your inner communications and media professional.
  • Phase 2 | Kick-start your international adventure with the spring semester at one of our partner universities abroad or take a minor programme at our media campus in Belgium.
  • Phase 3 | Jump-start your career with your international internship while majoring in your choice of either Branding & Activation, Content Strategy & Engagement or Public & Corporate affairs. 
    Discover the true power of a positive corporate image and how to use that power on behalf of companies, public organisations, governments and individuals.

This programme offers a February start date and guarantees a 6-semester (3-year) study path.  Check the admission requirements for international degree students,  apply and you’re in! Of course, we’ll organise Welcome Days for you too!

Become a professional reputation manager

Widely deployable from the launch of a new fashion line to first aid in case of crisis. Hands-on workshops make you the perfect representative of organisations and companies.

 In practice
 

Take your studies beyond the horizon with an internship either abroad or within an international organisation, institution or agency. Choose between a wide range of internship positions both in Belgium and across the globe.

For Public & Corporate Affairs majors, your internship will run from February to June, with the option of adding a Summer Internship after your first or second year.

 

Go international

First phase: Participate in international conferences, fairs and communication projects.

Second phase: Spend a semester at one of our European partner colleges via our exchange programme or choose the Minor programme "Minor Urban Marketing & Immersive Experiences" at Thomas More.

A day in the life of an ICM-student

Third phase: Complete an internship abroad with opportunities on every continent from Europe and Asia to the Americas, Africa, and Oceania. Or join an international company or agency here in Belgium.

They are aware of the challenges you face and therefore provide you with tools to sharpen your focus. They train you to rise to the occasion and perform under pressure.
